FAQ

How fast can you turn around a translation?

For documents under 5,000 words, 24 to 48 hours is standard. For larger jobs, a coordinated team can move much faster. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you what's realistic — most quotes come back within four working hours.

How do you price?

Per word for translation, per hour for interpretation and editing, and per minute of source for subtitling. Translation-memory leverage reduces the cost of repeated content, so over time your translations get cheaper. Every quote is itemized, with no hidden fees.

Can you translate official and legal documents?

Yes — contracts, court and arbitration filings, corporate records, certificates, and official papers, translated by native-speaker linguists with subject-matter expertise and reviewed by a second qualified linguist. What we don't do is issue certified, sworn, or attested translations for submission to a ministry or government authority; that requires an accreditation we don't hold. If your document needs formal certification, tell us where it's being submitted and we'll be straight with you about what we can and can't cover.

Which Arabic do I need — MSA, Gulf, Egyptian, or Levantine?

It depends on the audience and the content. As a quick rule: anything official, regulated, or pan-Arab is Modern Standard Arabic; consumer-facing content in the Gulf is usually Gulf Arabic; mass-market media for Egypt is Egyptian. We help you decide upfront.

Do you use AI or machine translation?

Yes, where it earns its place — high-volume, lower-risk content, always with full human post-editing aligned with ISO 18587. We never use machine translation alone for client-facing deliverables, and we tell you honestly when AI isn't the right fit.

Is my content confidential?

Yes. An NDA is standard, and we follow strict information-security practices. For sensitive government, financial, or legal content, we work with named, vetted linguists and can arrange more secure workflows on request.

Can you work in our CAT tool or TMS?

Yes — Trados, memoQ, Phrase, and others. We can also connect to your CMS or code repository via API or connector, so translation becomes part of your release cycle rather than a bottleneck on top of it.

Do you do small jobs?

Yes. A one-page certificate, a half-page contract amendment, a short app update — none of it is too small. We have a minimum project fee but no minimum word count.

Can you place translators on-site at our offices?

Yes. Through our contractor deployment service we place vetted English–Arabic translators on-site at your premises or working remotely, scaled to your project and fully managed by Wearabize.

What if I'm not happy with the translation?

For human-translated or human-reviewed work, we revise it until you're satisfied — at no extra cost, for as many rounds as it takes. In practice this is rare, because our two-tier review catches issues before delivery. This covers our human services, including the Reviewed tier of our online tool; it doesn't apply to unreviewed automated output.

Have a document, a website, or a project in Arabic?

Send it over. We'll come back with a quote within four working hours.
